Not every care need is clinical. Some of the most important visits we make involve no blood pressure cuff at all — just breakfast made together, a slow walk through the garden, a card game, a trip to the market. Loneliness is quietly hard on older people's health and spirits, and family can't always be there, especially when they live in another country or another part of the island. Companion care fills that gap honestly: a warm, vetted caregiver who shows up reliably, and a nursing team behind them if anything ever needs a clinical eye.
What's Included
Conversation & Activities
Genuine company — talking, reading aloud, games, hobbies, video calls with family set up and running. Matched to your parent's interests and language comfort.
Walks & Outings
Garden walks, beach mornings, a favourite café — gentle outings with a steady arm and unhurried pace, as ability allows.
Appointments & Errands
Accompaniment to doctor's visits with notes taken for the family, plus pharmacy runs, market trips and small errands together.
Light Help at Home
Meal preparation, tidying up after activities, watering the plants together — the small practical things that keep the day pleasant.
When Companion Care Is the Right Choice
Choose companion care when your parent is largely independent but the days are too quiet and too empty — or when you simply want reliable eyes and warm company around them a few times a week. It costs less than nursing care because no clinical tasks are involved, and it is often the gentlest first step into accepting help at all.
The advantage of booking it through a nursing service: the moment something more is needed, it is already in place. Our companions report to senior nurses, so if they notice a new unsteadiness, swelling or confusion, it gets a professional look quickly. Many clients move over time to elderly home care, add home physiotherapy for strength and balance, or — with memory changes — to dementia care with the same familiar faces. Rates for every level are on the pricing page.
How We Start
Tell us about your parent
Interests, languages, personality, what a good day looks like for them — companionship works when the match is right.
Meet-and-greet visit
We introduce a companion we think will fit. No commitment — if the chemistry isn't there, we introduce someone else.
Schedule that suits the family
From two visits a week to daily mornings. Plans are flexible and can change with a WhatsApp message.
Quiet professional backup
Companions log every visit and report to a senior nurse, so small changes in health or mood never go unnoticed.
Pricing
A companion visit of up to two hours starts from IDR 300,000; a half-day from IDR 450,000 and a 12-hour day from IDR 550,000. Regular weekly schedules get package rates, and outing costs (transport, café) are simply paid as they occur. Full rates on the pricing page.
