How pricing works: the ranges below cover typical care — the low end is straightforward needs and daytime hours, the high end complex care or night work. After one WhatsApp conversation you get a fixed written quote, and that quote is the price you pay. All clinical procedures are performed only per your treating doctor's prescription. For medical emergencies call 112 or go to the nearest hospital — home nursing is not emergency care.

What Moves a Quote Up or Down

Complexity of care — one stable medication routine is the low end; multiple procedures, lifting or behavioural support is the high end. Hours — nights cost more than days, and regular weekly schedules cost less per visit than one-offs. Location — rates are identical island-wide, but for remote daily clinical needs (Ubud, the Bukit) we may recommend live-in care as the more economical structure. Consumables — specialised dressings and medications are passed through at pharmacy cost with receipts. Describe the situation on WhatsApp and the fixed quote lands the same day; what each service includes is detailed under services.

Frequently Asked Questions — Pricing

Is the first consultation or assessment free?
The WhatsApp consultation is always free, and the in-home assessment visit is free whenever care goes ahead. A standalone assessment with a written care report (for example, for family decision-making) is IDR 350,000, credited against any care that follows.
Do prices include materials and equipment?
Visit prices include the nurse's standard kit and basic consumables. Specialised dressing materials and medications are charged at pharmacy cost with receipts shown — no markup. Physiotherapy equipment is always included.
Are nights, weekends or holidays more expensive?
Weekend visits cost the same. Night shifts (19:00–07:00) carry the higher night rate shown above, and the two major holiday days each year are quoted in advance — never as a surprise on the invoice.
Can the price change after care starts?
Only if the care plan itself changes — more visits, longer shifts, new prescribed procedures — and any change is agreed with the family in writing before it takes effect. No silent additions, ever.
