How much does home nursing cost in Bali?
A day visit of up to 2 hours starts from IDR 350,000, a 12-hour shift from IDR 600,000, and 24/7 live-in care from IDR 15,000,000 per month. Prescribed injections and IV visits start from IDR 250,000. Full rate tables are on our

Are your nurses qualified and licensed?
Yes — our nurses hold an Indonesian STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license, the national nursing registration, and every team member is background-checked with verifiable work history. Read more

Do your nurses speak English?
Yes. Coordinating senior nurses are fluent in English, all care nurses speak conversational English, and visit reports and medication logs are written in English for the family.
Can I book a nurse for just one day?
Yes — there is no minimum contract. A single 2-hour visit, one 12-hour shift while you travel, or a one-off prescribed injection are all normal bookings. Use

How quickly can care start?
Usually within 24–48 hours of your first message, and often the same day in Denpasar, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak and Canggu. Live-in placements typically take 2–3 days to arrange properly.
Do you work with insurance?
We are a direct-pay service, but we provide itemised invoices and visit documentation in English that many travel and health insurers accept for reimbursement of prescribed aftercare. We will help you with the paperwork.
Do you follow my doctor's treatment plan?
Always. All clinical tasks — medication, injections, wound dressing, IV therapy — are carried out according to the prescriptions and instructions of your treating doctor. We never diagnose or change treatment ourselves.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
For medical emergencies call 112 or go to the nearest hospital — home nursing is not emergency care. What we can do is support recovery at home after discharge, and help you keep small problems from becoming emergencies through regular professional visits.
